We are at Battlecry listening to New Bread... Amazing! To see 18,000
Christ followers gathered together worshiping the great and might God
is breath taking. Last night the youth were challenged big time. Jensen
Franklin spoke about the spirit of python... Spirit if python? In a
simplified explanation, this is the spirit of the world... That try's
to pressure you and take your breath away. The python, as in the
animal, does not kill it's prey by biting it, the way the python
prevails is by choking it's victim to death... by squeezing the life
out of them! You can see how this spirit works by analyzing the lives
of some secular artists. First is Kirk Cobain... At the end if his
life, Kirk wrote a suicide note to his family, and in that note he
tells how sad and depressed he was. He had lost him self to drugs and
alcohol. He stated at the end of the letter how he wishes he we still
as innocent as his daughter. This downward spiral did not happen in
one day... You see the way the devil works is he numbs you with small
little sins before he jabs you and trys to bring you down with the big
ones! Look at Biggie smalls, 2Pac, Aaliyah... And many others. The
ended up far from where and how they started. The python was at work
in their lives for a long time, squeezing and constricting the breath
of life out of them! God is the giver of the breath of life and the
enemy wants to snuff it out of you!
